Microplate shakers are used for mixing samples used in immunoassays, ELISA, cell cultures, and other lab applications that require high throughput screening. Shaking is preferred to stirring when mixing low volume samples because no additional stirring rod is required, so there’s no extra risk of contamination. As part of an automated liquid handling deck a compact shaker can save time and space. It adds precision by providing uniform and replicable shaking using your chosen speed and pattern for the time period required.

The Teleshake AC allows you to shake a wide variety of plates. Thanks to automated clamping it can handle loads up to 500 g for linear, orbital and diagonal shaking. Active clamping (automated labware clamping), using customized clamping rods for different labware, lets you use different format plates without adjustment. That also enables you to shake plates with clamped lids and allows piercing through sealing foils while keeping the plate firmly clamped. Shaking frequency is 200 to 3000 rpm with adjustable amplitude of 2 mm. It’s easy to adjust the shaking pattern (linear, orbital & planar) and a low-speed start-up process prevents spillage.

EASY TO INTEGRATE

The Teleshake AC takes up just one ANSI/SLAS plate position on deck, occupying little more space than a standard microplate, and is just 47 mm high with a zero positioning function for comfortable robotic gripping. Control with the separate off-deck INHECO Single TEC Control unit (STC) which further minimizes deck space while reducing noise and temperature. Or choose the INHECO Multi TEC Control unit to control up to six devices in parallel when using several INHECO products on your deck. An API is available and the Teleshake AC is integrated with all major deck manufacturers, enabling immediate plug and play.
